Community Sponsorship
CMFS Group has an extensive history with the central Illinois community. We believe in the importance of social responsibility. Certain civic duties come with being a member of a community. By playing a part, we help to enrich this community and preserve its legacy. Craig Miller has led an exemplary role in demonstrating the importance of community involvement, and the CMFS staff is following his lead. Mr. Miller has always been a proud supporter of local youth athletics. His contributions of time, fund-raising efforts, and leadership helped shape the Morton JFL program and facility into what it is today. We also see the importance of spearheading community service projects such as the Morton Community Foundation Christmas tree lighting. The lighting of the “Tree of Dreams” kicks off the annual Morton “HoliDazzle”, Morton’s holiday shopping experience. For years, the CMFS building has been home to the annual "Pumpkin Festival" run/walk tee shirt pick up. We feel it’s important to show interest in such civic affairs here in the “”Pumpkin Capital of the World”. CMFS also has a history of generously supporting area theatre productions, such as Peoria Players and Cornstock Theatre. CMFS is a Corporate Sponsor for the American Cancer Society "Relay For Life" of Morton and a Signature Sponsor for the St. Jude Children's Hospital annual Tazewell County St. Jude Golf Classic event. CMFS also supports local businesses such as Ashland House, Pure Essence, TCRC, We Care, and others. Here at CMFS, we appreciate the significance of contributing to the common good.
